One hand-painted Chinese export porcelain plate with an octagonal shape. The body is a grayish-white with only a very slight orange peel texture. The edges are ground and colored an orange-brown. Large maroon flowers, along with leaves and smaller flowers of different colors fill the center and create a border around the edge. A thin, scrolling line (now partially worn off) was painted to define the center from the outer border. The paint feels fairly thick to the touch, and the decoration was painted in maroon, orange, yellow, blue, purple, light green and dark green.

One hand-painted Chinese export porcelain plate. The body has a grayish white glaze and a very slightly orange peel texture. The edges of the round plate are an orange-brown color. The floral decoration of one large and two smaller center floral groups and a continuous outer border of flowers and leaves, are painted thickly with brightly colored paint (orange, dark blue, pink, maroon, yellow, black, white, light green and turquoise).

One hand-painted Chinese export porcelain plate. The round body has a grayish white glaze and an orange peel texture. The decoration is painted with pink, lavender, green, rusty-orange, brown, and gold. The center has a delicate but large grouping of flowers. The outer border has scrolling vines and smaller flower sprigs. A thin border of rust defines the outer and inner areas of the plate.

Four scenic reserves on rim divided by foliated scrolls. Center has a Scottish huntsman in kilts with deer and another hunter in the background. "Caledonia" pattern.

A diploma awarded by the New-York State Agricultural Society to James V. R. Chapman for "Best Specimens of Business Penmanship" at the Rochester meeting, 1864. Printed with handwritten components. Features a pastoral scene surrounded by sheaves of wheat, livestock, and images of farming life. State agricultural societies awarded a multitude of "diplomas" for a variety of categories from awards for livestock care and breeding, to improvements to tools and machinery, to in this case penmanship.

Doll wears a blue tunie with white beads around the bottom hem and around the cuffs of the sleeve, a red belt with blue beads around it, and red bottoms with white beads around the outside.

The top and bottom are the same natural light brown color, it has a sash made of red, yellow and brown twisted yarn. There is a square of blue peeking out from underneath the top. There is no face.

One game of double-six dominoes in a wooden box. The box has mitred corners and a slide out top with a fingernail shaped notch to slide the top out with. The bottom of the box has some old ink notations. The game pieces are made from a thick ebony rectangle with a thin overlay of ivory that is riveted together with a brass pin.

One wooden dye stick that was originally a butter churn dasher. The handle is four-sided with an oblong cross-piece which is either painted or stained with red dye. The handle is darkened at one end.
