Ball Dress, Yellow Looped Ribbon Ornament

Ball dress: wide scoop neckline, short puffed sleeves with yellow ribbon bows on top; yellow ribbon belt and deep swags of yellow ribbon anchored with bows fill the bottom half of a sheer overskirt. Elbow length gloves with frills on top hem, ribbon around wrist and elaborate necklaces and upper arm bracelet.
