Sheer cotton embroidered in cotton; entirely hand stitched. Piped seams. Deep flaring brim, crown gathered at neck; frill at botton edge. That and edge of brim are edged with eyelets. Back-stitched rose and leaf design. Self ties with matching embroidered trim at ends.
