Entirely hand stitched sheer cotton. Flat frill in frint with extra one at ears. Stationary frill at back. Piped seam; insertion with lace beading at each side in brim top. Frills scalloped and embroiderd with eyelet flower sprays. Leafy floral vines on brim. One tie with straight linen braid
