Chemise of ivory silk crepe-de-chine, made as an unshaped tube. Upper edge is sewn with handkerchief hem, then edged with an ecru cotton lace; straps of off-white silk satin ribbon. "ID" is cross-stitched in ivory silk thread at proper left side of neckline. Lower edge has short slit cut in on proper right side, and slit left at bottom of overcast seam on proper left. Hand sewn.
