High wide bound neckline, long sleeves with fullness pleated at top, slit at bottom with bound edges for a tiny wrist. Somewhat high waistline piped; smooth bodice with piping up center; hook and eye closure in back. Longish skirt attached with small pleats all around, one narrow tuck, one removed. Deep hem faced with sturdy white cotton.
