Entirely hand-stitched boy’s dress made of fine white cotton. High-waisted; bodice has a V design of lace insertion alternating with embroidered insertion (same as G2004.130). The Inset waistband is made of embroidered insertion forming a casing for a ribbon, but there are fine tape ties stitched to the opening. Scoop neck with bound edge and drawstring. Short sleeves with two long pointed flaps to be turned back and secured with basting or pins. Skirt gathered into waistband evenly all around. Lace insertion above the deep hem. Long skirt.
