Entirely hand-stitched child’s dress made of thin wool. Pleated bodice and skirt. Inset waistband. Elaborate black soutache scroll design on waistband and skirt. Simpler black scroll trim on neckline band and cuffs. Short, full (pleated) sleeves. The center back opening. Unlined.
