Sleeves and skirt are horizontally pleated with small, 1/4" tucks/pleats interspersed with embroidered netting tape (lace tape). Smallest of trains in the center back. Gathering across waistline (at natural waist), with knife pleats, with generous gathering in the center back of dress. Dress is closure of buttons at the center back. Dorset buttons. Sleeves are long and straight with a slight puff at sleeve cap / head. Tall neckline of stand collar. Sleeve cuff area and across neckline there are machine-embroidered panels of rococo-revival ribbons.
