Entirely hand-stitched dress made of cotton. The design consists of a milled cylinder blue print. Long gathered skirt. High inset waistband. Bodice gathered into it all around. Cotton tape drawstrings in bound neck front and back. Shoulder straps and back opening. Unlined. Short straight sleeves with 2 rows of self-frills around the bottom. Tiny pleats at the top of the sleeve, held in place with chain stitches.
