Entirely hand-stitched dress made of printed cotton. The design consists of tiny black and formal red floret dots. Frilled, flared short sleeves. Wide bound neckline. Bodice gathers into the waistband. Gathered skirt with 3 rows of horizontal tucks near hem. Back opening with a MOP button at the top. Unlined.
