Object/Artifact

Eagle - Flag and "For Our Country" Historical Flask. Aquamarine, sheared mouth - pontil scar, pint size. Designs on oval panels, American Eagle: head, shoulders and wings only; resting on a large shield. Eagle's head turned to left; wings partly raised and dropping parallel with each side of the shield. Shield with 7 wide bertical bard and very narrow horizontal bars above. Beneath shield crossed olive and palm branches. On the other side is the United States Flad with 20 small stars furled on standard. In semicircle below flag, "For Our Country" McKearin: GII-52
