Roll of tulle passed through series of narrow turquoise velvet ribbon loops protruding from under front brim. Narrow white silk ribbon ties, 9” at earpieces. 30” lengths of 4” wide silk taffeta ribbon, golden tan, attached above earpieces, anchored with row of ‘pearls.’
