Clothing/Dress/Costume
Black silk plush top hat, low crown (4”) version. 1 3/4” grosgrain ribbon formed into flat layered bow on side. Grosgrain ribbon edging is machine stitched. Inside line with black silk, as is underside of wide, flat 2 3/8” brim. Crown top is hand stitched to side; lining hand stitched. Gold stamped logo inside.
