Black machine quilted silk, otherwise completely hand stitched. Black silk fringed “kilted” frill around brim. Brown ribbon with brown and black velvet stripes as bow in back, ties, and facing of front brim. 8” bavolet lined with brown silk, and horseshoe crown. Lined with brown glazed cotton. Stuffed with cotton batting.
