Hand-sittched housewife stitched with linen except as noted : home-made (?) blue/white warp strip linene ticking back: bound with maroon silk that has a resist spot pattern - probably a bandana; applies on straight grain. There are 7 pockets, equal size, each a different block print on cotton. The facing at the top is a tan ground with pencil blue foliage and dark brown trailing vines. Made of English cotton. N/A
