Fine white cotton shirt front with pleated effect set into band, which has a large “21” embroidered in running stitch, greenish beige thread. Double lawn frill attached to project to proper right. Short standing collar with buttonhole in CF. neck gussets. Narrow, plain weave linen tapes attached to top.
