Entirely hand-stitched stiffened stock covered with green/red/gray plaid ribbed silk and/or wool on the bias. Lined with white cotton; area under chin lined with black leather. Applied band with tied bow knot in front, with one pointed end. Pointed strap attached to back on one side, small lacquered black buckle on the other.
