Stockings hand knit of fine white cotton, with diagonally ribbed border 2” deep at top. Unusual treatment of toe and heel area, with seam underfoot. Seems intended to be worn in tight shoe or boot. Marked “AF 6” near top by means of knitting in very tiny blue glass beads. 20” high.
