Entirely hand stitched waistcoat of blue satin with lt blue brocade curly leaves. SB. Shawl collar. Top-stitched edges. Watch pocket; wedge shaped pocket welts. Curved bottom, curved slit. Small self buttons. Curved side seams,padded front. Back brown twilled cotton; strap with heavy black buckle.
