2 Men and 3 Ladies in a Musical Salon, Plus Heads
Object/Artifact
Man, in black frock coat with very wide lapels, open over a shawl collar waistcoat with red stripes on the bias, simple white pantaloons. Long twisted black plastron cravat. Turnover collar. Lady tinkling the keyboard wears a pinkish dress with 3-tiered skirt, deep V neck bodice over chemisette, sleeves with scallop-edged slits to the armscye over white undersleeves. Next one is in gray checked dress with similar cut but plain sleeves over simple undersleeves. Third wears gray with green lattice bands around skirt, more defining ends of sleeves and pelerine. Deep V opened spanned by green straps over chemisette. Last man wears black tailcoat over whit vest and gray pantaloons. Drawings of bonnets.
