Large black velvet ribbon bow with blue ribbon streamer added, on proper left side of head. Little rosettes of black lace centered with narrow black velvet ribbon bows spaced across top and back of bonnet on top of horsehair bands. Spray of red velvet flowers inside proper left; faced with blue ribbon. No label.
