Calash

Object/Artifact

Tiny calash made of soft green silk, fitted over 4 pairs of canes, neck formed of heavy wire. Wadded and lined with thin pale pink silk. Oval shape with 2 canes within the rear panel. Gathered bavolet lined with thin pale pink silk. Typical double corded frill on front edge. The wool wadding is quite soft.
