Cotton net, entirely hand stitched. Seam down top center with needlerun lace insertion, ending in point of gathers from sides of cap. Smooth fitting. Back has doubled net frill about 1” long; front has 1.5” net frill applied in little box pleats, edged with 1/4” bobbin lace. White silk gauze ties, about 8” long.
