Very thin, sheer linen (?), entirely hand stitched; narrow brim, crown gathered at top, drawstring at back with tiny eyelets and linen tapes; flat, finely hemmed very sheer frill all around, gathered a little at end of chin strap; narrow plainwoven linen tape. Museum ID inked on.
