Entirely hand stitched fine white cotton cap. Deep brim formed of 2 densely ruched bands, with piping & Ayreshire insertion between. Horseshoe crown. Double 2 1/4” frill across front, single across back. Base rides rather high, earpiece comes down, curved self-ties go OVER the frills. Lace fragment on one tie end.
