Entirely hand stitched white cotton, “dotted Swiss” with striped formed of rows of lace insertion. Double row of lace edged frills around cap, extra fullness at ears. Bavolet effect in back. Lace-edged self bow at center front, lace edged self ties with rounded ends. Drawstring in casing at lower back. Remains of stenciled or stamped scroll with owner’s name inside lower back.
