Tiny hand stitched infant cap with horseshoe crown. Formed of narrow strips of cotton spotted net alternating with cotton Leavers lace insertion with integral cordonnet. No trim. Tiny casings around front and back edges with tiny plied drawstrings in center back and center front. Small thread loop at each chin corner; very narrow, thin white silk ribbon tie attached to right loop.
