Black sprig net, velvet ribbon, lace; ochre chenille strands. Wire circlet form with wide band in top front. Circle of net attached at front half, edged with lace and narrow ribbon. Front edged with double lace frill and wide ribbon. Asymmetrical side bows with chenille loops. Old pin repairs.
