Clothing/Dress/Costume

Wide cape, reaching to below hips, of pink-beige wool. Wide storm collar; fastening at neckline with heavy hooks two pairs of good white mother of pearl buttons at top without braid or flap joining (original?) with buttoned flaps (closure details missing?). Trimmed down the front opening, middle back, hem, and collar with brown silk stitching, and couched braid, and appliqued flowerettes of self material.
