Cotton, entirely hand stitched; wide scooped neckline band; slightly expanded puffed short sleeves; double tatted insertion at neckline/cuffs, with tiny-hemmed pleated frill; also placket with frill. Stenciled “Almira Wagner” inside placket. Gored; 4 short gussets; also neckline gussets front and back. 2 mother of pearl buttons.
