Object/Artifact
White hand stitched medium weight cotton. Front opening with Dorset thread buttons. Wide scoop neckline piped and edged with machine embroidered cartwheel edging. Piped armscyes with short puffed sleeves finished with embroidered insertion ‘cuff’ and same edging as neckline. 1 1/4” waistband with “Hannah T. Colony” inked near opening. 4 bust darts in front, each with whalebone. Drawstring through neckline, and 3” cord loop hangs down from center back.
