Entirely hand-stitched recycled dress made of tiny tan milled print on cotton. High-waisted. Drawstring casing without drawstring. Replaced with lower waistline with piping. Evidence of released skirt tucks. Drawstring neckline with tiny linen tape. Short raglan cap sleeves with whipped-on self ruffle.
