Long straight sleeves that are relatively tight. Skirt flares around hem with gores and more lace insertion. Waist is at natural height. Small bosom gather in the center front. Center back closure made of snaps and hooks and eyes and a few button loops as well. Unlined. Inside the skirt, there is a panel that has been tucked horizontally (presumably for someone who was shorter than the original wearer). This tuck has been left in place.
