Two piece dress, changeable apricot silk with apricot wool. CF closure of lacing. Skirt taffeta is shredded in sections. Inner CB pillow filled with horsehair. Large hooks and eyes in CB closure. Train. Soiled, pleated balayeuse of cotton tarlatan. Purchased by Katherine Winter Gilbert (1860 - 1956) in Paris during a trip to Europe in 1883, when she was 22 years of age (Provenance from donor). Yet NY label?
