Entirely hand stitched turquoise green excentric copper roller-print on white cotton ground. High waist, gathered bust, gathered at CB, drawstrings everywhere; same at center and base of short sleeves; frill around hem, slight trained effect. Opening CB, tuck across back just above frill. Back frill not hemmed.
