Very narrow linen PW tape drawstrings in waist casing in back form gathers in skirt. Casing, etc., in back neckline. Very narrow shoulder ‘strap.’ Short sleeves held in puffs by 3 vertical rows of Ayreshire insertion. Same insertion forms horizontal bands in F bodice between rows of extremely narrow tucks. 2 similar bands at hems; bodice, hem and sleeves edged with similar Ayreshire. Astounding quality of stitching.
