Man’s low top hat made of silk plush. Crown is 4” high, flat; the brim is flat, 2 3/8” wide with wide grosgrain ribbon binding. Black watered silk hatband, 1 3/8” wide with flat bow on side. Lined with satin inside, stamped with gold logo of Brodt’s, Washington, D.C.
