Hood
Object/Artifact
Black silk taffeta hood, entirely hand stitched including the diamond quilting, used throughout. Comes back on the head, deep bavolet. Ribbed silk ribbon ties pinned on. Kilted ruching made of black silk ribbon attached along bottom edges and along most of the seam at the top of the bavolet.
