Bustle for a small girl, with slight bulge in back. 12 even spaced cloth wrapped hoops, top one angled. 5 tapes. Waistband has buckle with patent date of 1863. Waistband is stamped in red: “Day’s Patent Lined Clasp Skirt patented February 20th 1866 and April 16th 1857.
