Inner waistband of pleated velveteen, with panel that closes at CF with hooks and eyes. Over this layer is a false button layer with tiny buttons, with a final layer of false buttons larger. Peplum-like skirt extends form sides to back. Sleeves are very full, with small gathering at sleeves head. False inner-sleeves that terminate at wrists underneath gather.
