Waistband that overlaps, fastens with a pair of hooks and eyes. Front fastens with small hooks and loops. The front is decorated with white cotton tamboured wavy horizontal bands applied before assembly; the inner and outer ends forming decorative loops. Wavy lines of tambouring along the shoulder and back seams.
