Turn-down collar attached only to outer layer. Drawstring channels at natural waist, to tie at front, with self-fabric buttons down front slit of skirt. Ends of short self-fabric belt meet at center front, likely intending to fasten with straight pins (like bodice). Skirt gathered to bodice. Long, straight sleeves. Hand sewn.
