Entirely hand stitched brown silk taffeta petticoat. Lined with tan glazed PW cotton quilted after seaming in diagonal lines, double density in bottom 18.” Bound with brown velveteen. Cotton waistband, white china button. Skirt attached in pleats, fuller and longer in back.
