Petticoat
Clothing/Dress/Costume
Plain heavy, white cotton, machine stitched petticoat. Draw tie in CB waistband, many tucks and frill on base frill mounted over petticoat bottom. Tuck added around mid section. Quite large; smooth panel in CF, and full in back.
