Machine stitched heavy (sheet-like) cotton. 22” waist, 33” long in front, 35” in back. Gored, slight gathers in waist. Button in back. Bottom has slightly gathered 7” ruffle of eyelet; underneath is another ruffle with 6 small tucks and eyelet edging.
