Hand finished cast (?) steel, clip point. Offset handles with inserted steel peg on side of finger hole;; large screw in center which appears useful for angling for a quick grasp, perhaps also adjusting for thicknesses of fabric. Marked Gebr.Weyersburg Solingen with an image of a horn. 10"
