Entirely hand-stitched boy's tunic made of green checked silk taffeta on the bias. Simple flared shape; wide scoop neckline; front placket. Short wide sleeves gathered into armscyes. Green silk covered buttons. Placket bordered with green brocade ribbon edging, a wider one used on neckline and sleeve edge.
