Clothing/Dress/Costume
Entirely hand-stitched waistcoat made of cream-colored cotton silk brocade with brown willows and seaweed. Linen back and lining. Tin-plated steel buckle on the back. MOP buttons with 4 holes- seem original. Double-breasted. Buttons angled toward the center. Padded at the front; mostly at the upper chest. 3 pockets.
