1 green four panel bottle with neck and no stopper; front panel has paper label stating "PISO'S REMEDY. A MEDICINE FOR Coughs and Colds. EXTRACT CANNABIS INDICA 1/2 GRAIN PER OUNCE. CHLOROFORM 5 MINIMS PER OUNCE. Prepared only by THE PISO COMPANY, WARREN, PA. After a Prescription of DR. M. F. TALBOTT."; back panel has embossed in glass statement "THE PISO COMPANY." Right side panel is embossed with "HAZELTINE & CO."; left side panel is embossed with "TRADE - PISO'S - MARK."
